Electrical Source of Ignition Evidence at the Grosvenor Inquiry. What about the Shearer? What about the Tailgate Drive? What about all other Flame Proof Enclosures?
Is that all that we are going to hear about potential electrical sources of Ignition?
What sort of farce is this?
What, unless it can be picked up and taken to SIMTARS for testing, it is not mentioned
No mention that anyone ever so much as ran a feeler gauge around the shearer and tailgate drive flameproof electrical enclosures.
How can that be especially with what we do know of Electrical HPI’s on the Longwall at Grosvenor between 2016 and July 2019?

EQUIPMENT INVOLVED: LSJ02 Longwall shearer 7LS DAMAGE: Main isolator operator shaft Flamepath
While conducting an internal inspection on the Longwall shearer , electrical technicians have discovered that the operator shaft for the main isolator has sustained damage to the Flamepath. On further investigation, it has been found that the bush for the shaft has also sustained damage, this equipment had been operating in an ERZ1.
