Grosvenor Mine Board of Inquiry Recommences next Week. Time to Summarize what we know up until 1st July 2019

It is time to re-focus on Grosvenor Mine as the Ministerial Board of Inquiry recommences next week on the 9th.

Next week the Mines Inspectors deliver their evidence.

All evidence is only permitted for events post the 1st of July 2019.

The terms of reference have in my view been designed to make it harder to work out all the circumstances that led up to the ignition of methane during normal mining operations.

For this reason over the next few days I will make a few posts that lay out some background summary of Grosvenor Mine up until the 1st of July 2019
