From September 3 2018 the Mines Inspectorate was intimately involved on a continual daily basis in trying to bring the out of Control Spontaneous Combustion under control, until black smoke was coming out of the main fan around the 28th of September 2018.
The Inspectorate was then tasked with Investigating what occurred.
The Conflicts of Interest are immediately obvious to Blind Freddy.
The Mines Inspectorate continues to refuse to release the Investigation Report for now nearly 2 and a half years.
Are they afraid of what the Report contains (or does not contain)?
