Thank you for your quick response.
I am grateful of your obviously demonstrated ability to state that
- All mines are in compliance with the newly amended Regulations.
- There are inaccuracies in Mr Rowland’s Report
- Matters raised have been considered and appropriate action taken for the safety of the industry.
I assume that there has been extensive process that has resulted in thee outcomes you state.
Can you please provide all of the documentation involved and any counter opinions provided by other than Mr Rowland?
Obviously you imply documentation that addresses at least the following obvious questions.
- Was there any legal opinion provided to support your stated outcomes?
- What are Mr Rowland’s Reports “inaccuracies”?
- What documentation in your possession proves that there are demonstrable “inaccuracies”
- Was Mr Rowland provided the opportunity to discuss these matters other than via the report?
Additionally
- Can you please provide a copy of any emails and documentation sent to the recipients of Mr Rowland’s Report including Site Senior Executives, Underground Mine Managers and Ventilation Officers who are primarily responsible fro ensuring compliance with the applicable amended Regulations?
- Can you provide the documentation are you relying on to state that all Underground mines are in compliance with the amended Regulations
I see no impediment to you providing said requested documentation and information, given there are extensive recipients of the email who are not employed at Underground Coal Mines in Queensland
