When you send your reply please make it comprehensive.

I have raised multiple issues from the BMA ICAM.

I am requesting that I get a suitable detailed response.

As an example. THE ASSET. An entity with no standing under the Act

The asset by BMA’s own admission has written mandates dealing both with Safety and Health and production.

Any response by yourself needs to have this issue fully detailed.

I remind you again Mr Palmer is the Asset President by BMA corporate terminology.

An update on my enquirers into this matter.

I will come back to you with my response in the matter next week, having reviewed the material you sent to me, and having made enquirers  of my own and having had the matter followed up by my Inspectors, including a visit and correspondence with site.
