North Goonyella Fire MRE 20th September 2018. “The decision to alter the fan configuration is the Mine’s and needs to align with the Mine risk assessment and TARP for the fan operation and the limit set in that document. Any change to the plan formulated today should be risk assessed in the light of the current status and needs to at least give consideration to, and include coal mine workers who may be affected”
