North Goonyella Mine Fire. Mines Inspectors Recommendations, Suggestions, Advice, Stressed, Re-iteration 3rd September to 24th October.

There are over just over 40  Mine Record Entries issued by DNRME Coal Mines Inspectors at North Goonyella Mine between the 3rd of September and 24th October 2018.

I have collated whenever Mines Inspectors have used the word “Recommend” or  “Suggest” or “Advised” or “Stressed” etc. in a Mine Record Entry between the 3rd September and 24rd of October 2018.

I have included the S 167 Directive of Inspector Nugent of the 27th September as well as a reference point

to suspend all operations within the exclusion zones established today to remove persons from these until an acceptable level of risk is achieved’

This is for anyone interested enough to compare the frequency and content of anything the Mines Inspectors “Recommend” or  “Suggest” or “Advised” or “Stressed” etc. , before and after the Fire and Explosion.

The document is 18 pages long .

This includes the 27 point “Recommendation” of Inspector Marlborough which should have been a Section 168 Directive, The Marlborough 24 Oct Mine Re-Entry Recommendation alone is about 3 of the 18 pages.

There are 12 pages of Recommendations, Suggestions, Advice etc. to the SSE, UMM, VO and other Mine Officers.

This includes any relevant surrounding sentences/paragraphs before the Nugent 167 Directive of the 27th

Inspector Recommendations, Advice, Suggestion, Re-iteration, Stressed 3rd Sept to 24th Oct
