The biggest question is when the  you as Chief Inspector of Coal Mines are going to reply to ANY of the numerous complaints and questions I have given you as the CIOCM.

As you will note it is you the CIOCM who has made the assertions about compliance with the methane regulations and has so far apparently decided to ignore my correspondence.

I only have so much patience and it is wearing thin as you have ample opportunity to reply.

I have asked numerous times for even acknowledgement that you have received my correspondence. These have been mostly ignored

and if I do not start getting formal replies in the near future on the numerous issues I will be forced to publish the communication and complaints.

As I have notified note before you are overdue on the one issue that you communicate spasmodically that being the Peak Downs complaint.

Can you also inform me of when you will reply on each of the issues, even if you do not intend to reply at all?
