Comments on Perceived Problems with Amended Methane Regulations and Suggestion

There was a paper prepared for presentation to the Mine Managers Association prepared by Shaun (Dobson?) and discussed at the Ventilation Officer forum held in Brisbane in 2020.

The table with colour coded comments by Mining Representatives to alter the wording of the Amended Regulations and additional industry comments for clarification.

Subject: new agenda and presentation covering legislation changes

Dear all

Ray Smith is unavailable so I have asked Clive to present on the GAG at North Goonyella.

I have received feedback that the group would also like to discuss the changes to legislation and the VO certificate of competency I have put this down for the inspectorate feedback session.

The draft Agenda has us completing for 3:30 pm but we may have an over run.
